This follows the Spanish kitchen lesson: the tools, the food, the ways of cooking, three conversations, and questions. A pot is หม้อ. A pan is กระทะ. Olive oil is น้ำมันมะกอก. Bell pepper is พริกหยวก, and the spice is พริกไทย.

อบ is roast and bake, in a เตาอบ. Grill is ย่าง. Barbecue is ปิ้ง. Dice and cube are both หั่นเต๋า. Beat and whisk are both ตี. The two Spanish words for pickle are both ดอง. The two words for a small spoon are both ช้อนชา.
